So it's a new year and it's time for new updates.

Since you last saw Hexos, our heatmap service has now been suitably named 'Heatmaps by Hexos'. We've also been working hard over Christmas to get a number of useful features and system improvements live.

The biggest change of all has to be that we are now offering online payments. We've made it even simpler for you to request heatmaps by moving previous features into what we now called account currency. A virtual pot of coins that you can use to request different sizes of heatmaps.

So we've created a page within the web application (via heatmaps.hexos.co.uk) where you can purchase up to 100 credits at a time. We're also offering bulk buying discounts on credits that automatically get applied at checkout. View pricing information.

On top of that, the last time you heard from us we could only make public transport heatmaps that left from somewhere in a radius and arrived in a central point (inbound). So now we are able to generate inbound or outbound heatmaps for either public transport or driving times. At no extra cost.

We've also made improvements to our online interactive map allowing you to dynamically update the maximum travel time filter to anywhere between 5 minutes and 6 hours. You can also click on anywhere on the map to view a number of key variables including exact departure/arrival, travel time, distance travelled, amount of walking, public transport routes. Plus there's even more that we calculate and store in the geojson file for you!

And on top of that we've improved the heatmap download to now have 20 high definition images, with 5 maximum travel times and 4 definitions for each filter. Plus the geojson is provided with a large number of variables for any developers out there.

We've also made major improvements to our cloud system meaning that on average we can create our largest size heatmaps in less than 15 minutes. Although mathematically the best case scenario is 5 minutes. (That one shocked us too!)

Take a look at our system overview to get a whistle stop tour of what we're offering.

Check out the price guide to see how much our heatmaps cost.

Visit our example heatmap section to have a play with some existing heatmaps and get an idea of what you're buying and the data rich product we are offering.

If you believe our product could help you, your business or someone else you know please don't hesitate to get in touch or share our service!
